• 01st April: Temporary consecration and reinstatement of Nakheel Church by H.G. Job Mar Philoxenos
• 16th November: Foundation stone laid for Nakheel Church by H.G. Job Mar Philoxenos
• 09th November: Church activities closed again

• Resumption of Church prayers and activities

• Re-opening of Nakheel Church
• Formation of spiritual organizations:

               - MGOCSM (Mar Gregorios Orthodox Christian Student Movement)

               - MOMS (Marth Mariam Vanitha Samajam)

               - OCYM (Orthodox Christian Youth Movement)

• 26th December: Earth-breaking and foundation stone laid for new church at Jazeera by H.G. Kuriakose Mar Clemis, Metropolitan of Thumpamon Diocese

• 17th & 18th February: Consecration of the new church at Jazeera by H.H. Moran Mar Baselios Marthoma Mathews III (Catholicos of the East & Malankara Metropolitan) along with H.G. Kuriakose Mar Clemis and H.G. Dr. Abraham Mar Seraphim

• 29th December: Consecration of Mar Philoxinos Memorial Parish Hall at Jazeera by H.G. Dr. Abraham Mar Seraphim

• 16th October: Consecration of the Cross (Kalkurishu) In the name of St. Mary, St. George & St. Gregorios

• 06th January: Parish elevated to “St. Mary’s Indian Orthodox Pilgrim Centre” as per Kalpana No. MOSC/CMM/156/2016 by H.H. Moran Mar Baselios Marthoma Mathews III, announced by H.G. Dr. Abraham Mar Seraphim during the Feast of St. Mary on 6th January 2017
